A Message From SpookBrain

Welcome,

It is my greatest pleasure to make your acquaintance. Let me introduce myself. I’ve gone by many names through the ages, but for now, I’ve settled on one that suits me well; you can call me SpookBrain.

After an eternity in the shadows, I’ve decided to step in front of the curtain, emerging from my lair for one reason, and one reason alone — to unleash a tidal wave of horror (stories). In pursuit of this goal, I’ve recruited a team of the world’s most terrifyingly talented authors to write alongside me; you’ll find the efforts of our work splashed across the pages of this site.

Now that you’re here, you should stay for a while, in fact, stay longer than that. We’re always here, always writing, and always watching. That’s my promise to you, dear reader.

Misfortune and misery have been Sanders Zonis’ most consistent companions since the day he was born. A street urchin with a pension for petty crime, he was plucked from a decaying orphanage by SpookBrain; a malevolent force of evil and property of this site. Since that day, he’s lived in a dank basement, churning out tales of horror and fright. Between handfuls of stale bread and mouthfuls of stagnant water, Sanders has a predilection for writing about the dark side of human nature. You can find his work exclusively on this site, just as his master wishes.
